I painted this self-portrait-like on a Sunday Morning in April while visiting Spring Lake, Michigan.
It was just after a long, hard winter season and I was feeling hopeful for spring weather.
I printed the image on special vintage drawing paper that I acquired from an estate sale of a successful female graphic artists near my town.
She had a very interesting journey to success and one of the first to break through some thick challenges of females in the field of graphic arts.
The paper is very thin and requires special care and would be well preserved in a frame. (frame not included)
